Please call or text immediately. If it is possible to make an adjustment to the time your tour is scheduled to begin, one will be made. However, it is not always possible, and your tour may have to be completely rescheduled.
What if it rains, or there is bad weather?
Tours operate rain or shine, plan to bring a raincoat or poncho when necessary. If severe weather is anticipated, your Guides will determine if the trip should be taken. If your tour is cancelled due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund. If, however, you choose not to go on your own accord, there will be no refund.
How bad are the insects?
Nuisance insects can vary depending upon time of day and conditions. Often, you will not be bothered, but you could encounter mosquitos, no-see-ums, or deer flies. Insect repellent is not provided.
